Our meat is sourced from established producers across europe – all certified to meet the highest standards in food safety and animal welfare. Production facilities are accredited with IFS, BRC, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications, with many also approved for Halal processing.


Animals are typically under 36 months, with a strong emphasis on animal welfare, traceability and handling. Processing plants use modern refrigeration and freezing technologies to ensure freshness and maintain optimal tenderness. Packaging options include vacuum-packed, bulk, or custom formats – depending on your logistical and operational needs.
